Inactive accounts — If your subscription lapses, uploads and portfolio generation are paused and shared links are disabled. Your data is kept safely for up to 3 months, then permanently deleted. We'll remind you before anything is removed.
A few things worth knowing first
Yes — ScrapSchool is priced per school year because homeschooling runs on school years, not calendar months. You pay once per child at the start of your year and you're covered for the full 12 months. There is no monthly billing option.
The Curriculum Builder is your school year map — you build it once and it holds all your subjects, units, and lessons. The Planner is your week-by-week schedule — you pull from your curriculum to fill your calendar. They work together: plan a lesson from your curriculum, log it as an activity, and it all shows up in your portfolio.
Each child's plan includes storage pooled together for your whole household. Three children on Journey gives your family 9 GB to share across all portfolios. Storage resets each school year. Need more space? Add 5 GB for $5/year (₱250/year).
Yes. You can upgrade any time during the school year. You'll only be charged the difference for the months remaining — nothing you've already uploaded or built will be affected.
If your subscription becomes inactive:
- You won't be able to upload new activities
- Portfolio generation will be paused
- Shared portfolio links will be disabled
- Your data is kept safely for up to 3 months, then permanently deleted
We'll remind you before anything is deleted so you have time to download your portfolios or renew.
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all Journey Plan features — the Planner, Curriculum Builder, premium portfolio templates, grading, video attachments, and password protection. No credit card required to start. Activities and data you've added won't be lost when the trial ends.
Yes. You can add 5 GB of extra household storage for $5/year (₱250/year). This is on top of the storage included with each child's plan and is shared across your whole family.
